ABC Major Bantam Boys win gold

Recently the Ancaster Magic Basketball Club (ABC Magic) hosted their annual Major Bantam (U14) Tournament, bringing in 10 teams from Burlington, Flamborough, Tecumseh, Milton, South Simcoe, and London to compete over three days.

In pool play, the ABC Magic Major Bantam boys remained undefeated. They narrowly edged the London Badgers in a tightly contested match (48-43), and then went on to beat Flamborough Fire (68-35), Burlington Force (66-37), and the Milton Stags (69-60) in pool play.

Their undefeated performance automatically advanced them to the gold medal match, setting them up to play against South Simcoe who they defeated (65-37) to win the gold medal.

The team is coached by M. Feracutti, B. Barnes, and Z. Edge.
