Bulldogs acquire Kade Landry from Barrie

Defenceman Kade Landry has been acquired by the Bulldogs from the Barrie Colts following an announcement Monday evening. In return, the Bulldogs sent TJ Fergus and a 4th round pick to Barrie.

“We are thrilled to have Kade as a member of the Bulldogs organization”, said Hamilton Bulldogs President and General Manager Steve Staios. “He is a mobile, puck-moving defenceman and we look forward to getting him into our lineup.”

The 18 year old Wallace ON, native was drafted by the Colts in 2015. In 79 career OHL games, Landry has accumulated 34 points.

The Bulldogs host the Peterborough Petes in the annual School Day Game at FirstOntario Centre Wednesday before heading out for road games in Kingston and Ottawa next Friday and Saturday.
