Kevin Jaczenko had a pair of goals on Thursday night as the Dundas Blues defeated the visiting Hagersville Hawks 4-2.

Jaczenko scored the only goal of the first period, with a quick goal off the sticks of Nick McMullen and Ray Thompson at 3:39 of the opening stanza. That one goal lead would stand until just over forty minutes later when Cam McConnell netted the Blues’ second goal of the game, scoring at 5:26 of the third period.

Jaczenko then picked up his second goal of the game, and sixteenth of the season, at 8:21 of the period to give the Blues a commanding three goal lead. The Hawks wouldn’t be denied though as they pocketed a pair of goals in the final ten minutes of the game, book ending Dan Pelosini’s goal at 14:57 of the third period.

The Blues held on to take the game 4-2.
