44 RYMAL to serve Confederation GO starting December 29th

HSR service will begin at Confederation GO Station as of December 29th, 2019. Route 44 RYMAL will be extended to service the new GO Station.

In November 2019 GO Transit opened the new Confederation GO Station to buses. GO bus route 12, which had been operating at the park and ride located at Barton Street and Nash Road, officially moved into the bus loop on the north side of the Confederation station site, off Goderich Road.

GO buses operate at Platforms 2 and 3 with buses bound for Burlington stopping at Platform 2 while buses heading towards Niagara Falls stopping at Platform 3. HSR route 44 RYMAL will use Platform 4.

Buses Heading Eastbound (North on Centennial)
Route 44 RYMAL will leave Eastgate Square, travel to Walmart on Centennial Parkway, and then to end of the line at Confederation GO Station.

Buses Heading Westbound (South on Centennial)
Route 44 RYMAL will leave Confederation GO Station, travel to Walmart, then to Eastgate Square and beyond.

When leaving Walmart to go south toward Eastgate Square, catch the bus at the stop on the east side with the shelter.

The HSR has also added an early morning weekday trip to make better connections with GO Transit. Route 44 RYMAL will meet the first GO bus departure.
